The retreat price is all-inclusive outside of air travel and a single night accommodation at a hotel in San Jose our first night of the adventure (plus in-person cash fee for medicines). We will then provide transportation to the retreat at 8 am on day two (January 28th) via a luxury shuttle. We also provide transportation back to the San Jose airport on the last day of the retreat. Please do not book your plane travel until after your application has been accepted.

Schedule

DAY 1 (January 27th) - All participants will arrive on January 27th at any time to the San Jose, Costa Rica airport. You'll procure your own transportation (cabs are inexpensive) to a local hotel; we will reserve a discounted block of rooms and share the location with each participant. Everyone is encouraged to get a good night's sleep, as the shuttle leaves at 8 am the next morning from the hotel.

DAY 2 (January 28th) - The shuttle will leave the hotel at 8 am with all participants - it's about a 3 hour drive to our gorgeous sanctuary. Upon arrival, everyone will check in and receive a tour of the retreat, as well as access to their assigned tents. We will then have a light, nutritious lunch, and gather together for our opening talking circle. We'll get to know each other, discuss the format of the retreat, and connect with the land, asking for permission to do our sacred work. That evening, the first Ayahuasca ceremony will commence.

DAY 3 (January 29th) - After a delicious breakfast, we’ll meet for our first integration circle. This will be a full group experience, and Kat will begin by setting the foundation for how we will support each other. Different members of the tribe will have an opportunity to reflect back core integration questions. We will then have lunch, and meet again as a community, this time separating into smaller groups. Each small group will have an integration leader. After dinner, we will have a fire ceremony to ground in the day’s experiences.

DAY 4 (January 30th) - After breakfast, we will meet as a tribe again, this time laying our intentions for the evening’s ceremony. We will then do one on one integration work, with each participant playing the role of client and coach during this small group work. Later in the evening we will have our second Ayahuasca ceremony.

DAY 5 (January 31st) - This is Huachuma Day! We’ll have a very light breakfast and begin our Cactus Ceremony at 9 am. We will start with some beautiful, heart-connected exercise, and then work with the 4 elements to lay prayers / intentions for the next phase of our lives. We’ll also honor each other, our ancestors, and other beings in our lives that helped make us who we are. At the end of the day we will have a celebratory dinner!

DAY 6 (February 1st) - We’ll sleep in and have a lovely breakfast, then we will meet for another integration workshop. We will split into small groups, and those who have not yet led a group integration will have an opportunity to do so. We’ll also have a Tree Planting Ceremony so we can give back to the land. After a big ol’ feast for dinner, we will have a final fire ceremony to prepare for our return to the world the next day.

DAY 7 (February 2nd) - After a final breakfast and a chance to honor the incredible retreat staff, we will hop on a shuttle back to the San Jose airport. We encourage everyone to book flights home no earlier than 230 pm local time to ensure plenty of time to make our flights. For those that want to explore Costa Rica further, we are happy to offer suggestions and assist with transportation.
