My path with Sacred Earth Medicines began before I fully understood what a “path” even was. I was twelve the first time I felt the intelligence of the plants move through me, an initiation that would shape the course of my life. I come from a long line of medicine carriers; as a fourth-generation herbalist with Native American and Celtic roots, plant work is woven into my lineage, my memories, and the way I walk in the world. The plants raised me as much as any human did, and my relationship with them continues to be the center of my devotion.
Over the years, I have been traditionally trained in Huachuma, Psilocybin, Moonlodge and Sweatlodge ceremonies, as well as Herbal and Chinese Medicines. These pathways opened me to a deeper understanding of the body as ceremony, how our cycles, seasons, and innate wisdom reflect the same rhythms held in the natural world. My work now blends these ancestral medicines with my studies in womb embodiment, women’s health, archetypal psychology, birth keeping, and rites of passage.
A core part of my calling is supporting women from age 35 and beyond as they enter their Changing Woman years, what many cultures recognize as a profound initiation toward the Wise Woman. I believe this transition is not a decline but an ascension, a return to power, and a doorway into deeper intuition. Through plant dietas, ceremony, microdosing, and complementary modern medicine, I support women in reclaiming this stage of life as sacred, purposeful, and dignified.
Since leaving the United States in 2011, I’ve been living between Peru and Mexico, guided by the plants themselves. These lands have welcomed me, taught me, challenged me, and softened me in equal measure. I continue my studies with medicinal and magical plants across cultures and continents, always a student first, always in reverence.
My work is rooted in respect, reciprocity, and right-relationship. The plants are collaborators, not tools; elders, not shortcuts. My intention is to help others meet them in that same spirit. Whether through ceremony preparation, dieta, microdosing, or integration support, I hold space for people to reconnect with their own inner medicine, their body’s knowing, and the initiations calling them forward.
