Free Webinar--Iboga & Ibogaine: Cultivating Sacred Relationships
Led by Iboga facilitator Troy Valencia and Ibogaine expert Laura Shaprio
THIS WEBINAR IS RECORDED AND WILL BE SENT TO ALL REGISTRANTS
Iboga and Ibogaine are both powerful sacraments with very different purposes and requirements around set and setting. While Ibogaine is indeed an alkaloid extracted from the Iboga plant, they do not have identical effects, requirements, or experiences. Iboga is the ancient sacrament used by the Bwiti tribe for centuries, and is a magical and healing medicine worked with in shamanic settings. Ibogaine is an incredible disruptor of opioid and alcohol abuse, with the ability to reset an individual’s neurochemistry back to a pre-addicted state. Both are miraculous and beautiful allies, but it’s important to know the fundamental differences, and how to safely discern a facilitator to trust with this process.
This informative and timely webinar is hosted by PMP CEO Kat Courtney, as she interviews two experts in the field: Troy Valencia, co-founder of Root and Wisdom and two-time initiate of the Bwiti tradition through the Fang and Misoko lineages, as well as Laura Shapiro, co-founder and CEO of Bassé Ibogaine clinic in Mexico, touting two decades of experience with this medicine. Together they will dig deep into the nuances of both medicines, giving sage advice on working with each in an effective and respectful manner.
