Whether you’re stepping into dietas for the first time or you’re a seasoned participant, we warmly welcome you. Together with a small group of like-minded plant enthusiasts, you’ll share in this unique and sacred experience.

Shamanic guides Marwa Mitchell and Lindsay Calliandra Rose will lead an intimate group of plant-lovers in this month-long exploration of a plant with an unrivaled capacity to purify and energize our bodies and spirits, the spicy powerhouse that is GINGER! This stunning and versatile plant is an herbalist’s dream, and his spirit is brimming with teachings and medicines that today’s tired, disconnected, and overwhelmed human can greatly benefit from. This is our first dieta ever with Mr. G, and we know it’s going to be a wildly beautiful adventure.

Ginger (Zingiber officinale) is a famous go-to for all kinds of physical ailments, including upset tummies, cold symptoms, respiratory issues, menstrual pain, inflammation, circulation assistance, and a million more. As a spirit, Ginger loves to reawaken tired and shutdown spirits to the magic and beauty of the universe. His warming energies are pure heaven for cognition, physical vitality, and emotional strength. He is a loving and nurturing being that helps us feel wonderful in our bodies, clear on our soul’s missions, and excited to be alive. Ginger is a stress-regulator, so the core of his medicine is about transmuting burdens into blessings. He is the perfect ally for our busy, intense lives. Here’s how the process will work: Beginning on or around Thursday, July 9th, 2026, Lindsay or Marwa will schedule individual dieta openings with each participant, which happens through the power of song + intention. The group will meet for 5 total Thursdays via Zoom, discussing the experience and sharing insights. We will provide a protocol document outlining food instructions and specific wisdom on how to work with Ginger as well, including the suggested recipe for brewing him, as well as creative ways to connect with him. In addition to only eating clean, organic, simple foods, we will all abstain from sexual activities, media, dark energies, and other distractions for the duration of the 3 weeks, and each Thursday at 2 pm PT / 5 pm ET we will meet on Zoom to connect, share stories, and learn more about the gifts Ginger has to offer through our vulnerable shares.

Lindsay and Marwa will hold the diets for all participants, checking in on the connection and listening for messages each morning and night. They will be also be available throughout the process for spontaneous support as needed, because we intend to go deep with this adventure! Diets will be closed individually on or about Thursday, July 30th, 2026. The final session on August 6th is for integration.

The Diet itself lasts 3 weeks total, with an additional session 1 week later for integration.
