Shamanic guide Lindsay Calliandra Rose will lead an intimate group of plant-lovers in this month-long exploration of a plant with unparalleled access to magical and subconscious realms; the one and only Mugwort! Also known as Artemisia, Mugwort has a very rich spiritual history where her protective potency, psychic prowess, dream-world illuminations, and incredible physical healing attributes have been recognized and honored for centuries.
Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) is associated with the goddess Artemis in Greek mythology, so she has ties to divine femininity and the moon. Artemis, the goddess of the hunt and wilderness, is linked to nature's rhythms, paralleling the herb's growth and uses in pagan practices. A dieta with Mugwort teaches energetic protection, opens psychic channels, purifies the spirit, and enhances the conscious connection to the dream world. Mugwort is a symbol of good luck and manifestation too, and she helps heal issues of self worth to help us all co-create our highest potentials. She is a light warrior and a champion for humanity, and dieting her is a truly special and powerful initiation.
Here’s how the process will work: Beginning on or around Sunday, April 12th, 2026, Lindsay will schedule individual dieta openings with each participant, which happens through the power of song + intention. The group will meet for 5 total Sundays via Zoom, discussing the experience and sharing insights. We will provide a protocol document outlining food instructions and specific wisdom on how to work with Mugwort as well, including the suggested recipe for brewing her, as well as creative ways to connect with her. In addition to only eating clean, organic, simple foods, we will all abstain from sexual activities, media, dark energies, and other distractions for the duration of the 3 weeks, and each Sunday at 10 am PT / 1 pm ET we will meet on Zoom to connect, share stories, and learn more about the gifts Artemisia has to offer through our vulnerable shares.
Lindsay will hold the diets for all participants, checking in on the connection and listening for messages each morning and night. She will be also be available throughout the process for spontaneous support as needed, because we intend to go deep with this adventure! Diets will be closed individually on or about Sunday, May 3rd, 2026. The final session on May 10th is for integration.
