Relational Somatics in Plant Medicine Communities

At its roots, somatics is inherently about relationships; to our bodies, our self, to other. The very nature of what often calls us to work with plant medicines is sacred and nuanced. When we couple this intimate work with the dynamics of forces and folks, often unfamiliar, it can open us to experiences that can be incredibly regulating and healing, as well hold the potential to be overwhelming and retraumatizing. The Somatics of Belonging is an invitation of self-discovery in awareness, autonomy and safety within connection.

Join us in this live, online workshop, led by PMP integration coach Faegann Harlow, for an experiential exploration of foundational somatic elements that support the navigation of communal environments. Learn how to notice, name and navigate relational experiences with greater awareness and somatic clarity through guided embodied inquiry.
