Fire Ceremony for Manifestation — Connecting to the Power of the Sun
Here are our suggested steps for a Summer Solstice ceremony, but feel free to make this your own!
SUPPLIES:
Fire pit
Wood / pellets
Starter (we use organic fire starter fibers rather than starter fluid - more environmentally friendly)
Long lighter
Altar items (we use Hapeh + pipe, Agua de Florida, tobacco as an offering, favorite crystals that work with the element of fire and help in manifestation)
Journal and pen
Paper or post it notes
Flowers for hair / crown
Have some Chamomile, Mugwort, Lavender or St. John’s Wort to burn
CEREMONY STEPS:
Wear red, yellow, or orange colors to honor and connect with the energies of the sun, and have flowers in your hair or on your altar to connect with blooming nature.
Start by sitting with the sun to your back - take some deep breaths and visualize the sun’s life force entering into your body.
Light the fire very intentionally - feel it light within you too. As it gets going, bathe in it. Let the force of fire enter every cell in your body. Energetically merge with the fire. Note how that is changing the sensations in your heart and body.
Make a list of things you are creating - focus on the fire that burns inside you, what you are desiring, the prayers you carry. You can write each manifestation on a single post it note, or write a list on a piece of paper.
Offer each one to the fire, visualizing the manifestation, and feeling in your core what it feels like as if it’s already happened.
Offer the plants you have on your altar to the fire once the co-creation ritual is complete - this is a symbol of nature’s support to seal the prayers.
Now sing, dance, or drum to celebrate the light, the things you are co-creating, and the aliveness that you feel. Move, make noise, and celebrate the light!
