Born in Costa Rica, my path has been shaped by a deep connection to nature, the quiet wisdom of the body, and the sacred intelligence that weaves through all life.
For over two decades, I’ve had the privilege of walking beside others as they navigate their own healing and transformation. What I offer is presence, listening, and a safe space for what is ready to unfold.
My practice draws from years of study in bodywork, evolutionary astrology, yoga, breathwork, and ceremonial arts in deep connection with nature. These disciplines continue to teach me how to meet each moment with humility and care, to trust the intelligence of the process itself.
I’m trained in Esalen and Thai massage, deep tissue therapy, craniosacral work, and somatic release practices. I integrate these modalities with astrology, mindful breathwork, and ritual— to support reconnection and rewired with what is already whole.
What I’ve learned through hundreds of sessions and shared spaces is this: healing doesn’t need to be forced. It needs to be welcomed. When we slow down, listen deeply, and feel safe enough to soften, the body begins to remember. The soul begins to speak and allow your own brilliance to be honored.
I’ve been deeply shaped by the guidance of teachers, elders, and mentors whose presence I carry with gratitude. Their teachings remind me to approach each person with respect, curiosity, and the understanding that every journey is sacred—and never mine to control.
