Born in Costa Rica, my path has been shaped by a deep connection to nature, the quiet wisdom of the body, and the sacred intelligence that weaves through all life. For over twenty-three years, I've had the privilege of walking beside others as they navigate their own healing and transformation.
What I offer is presence, listening, and a safe space for what is ready to unfold.
My practice draws from years of study in bodywork, astrology, yoga, breathwork, psychedelic integration, and ceremonial arts. I'm trained in manual techniques such as Californian Esalen and Thai massage, deep tissue therapy, craniosacral work, Trager, and other somatic release practices. I'm also a certified birth doula and an enthusiastic herbalist. These disciplines continue to teach me how to meet each moment with humility and care, trusting the intelligence of the process itself.
I provide psychedelic integration coaching and psilocybin facilitation guidance to support emotional clarity and meaningful transformation. As an embodiment guide and bodywork practitioner, I offer compassionate, trauma-informed touch that honors both physical and emotional balance.Through astrology, I provide soul-rooted insights for personal growth and creative alignment.
I weave these modalities together with breathwork, ritual, and the healing wisdom of plants—to support reconnection with what is already whole within you.
What I've learned through hundreds of sessions is this: healing doesn't need to be forced. It needs to be welcomed. When we slow down, listen deeply, and feel safe enough to soften, the body begins to remember. The soul begins to speak. And your own brilliance is honored.
I've been deeply shaped by the guidance of teachers, elders, shamans, and mentors whose presence I carry with gratitude. Their teachings remind me to approach each person with respect, curiosity, and the understanding that every journey is sacred—and never mine to control.
