Merge with a divine feminine plant spirit and goddess deity in a very special retreat meant to reinitiate us all into the Mysteries of consciousness

September 20th-26th, 2024

WOMEN ONLY - Step into an extraordinarily powerful Divine Feminine portal and merge with both the spirit of a Master Plant AND a goddess deity. We will gather as women, call in and marry the consciousness of a personally selected plant, as well as walk through this experience in the energy of our current favorite goddess deity. The retreat includes a Blue Lotus/Water Lily ceremony, a Rapeh ceremony plus daily offerings, and a Cacao ceremony, as well as twice-daily rituals with a daily Mystery School initiation theme. This will be so powerful, healing, and a unique bonding experience with the sisterhood.

Possible plants you can diet include: Rose, Lavender, Magnolia, Cacao, Blue Lotus/Water Lily, Rue, Una de Gato/Cat’s Claw, Yarrow, Sage, Passionflower, Mugwort, Mint, Marosa, Bobinsana, Damiana, and many more.

Possible feminine deities to connect with include Persephone, Quan Yin, Mary Magdalene or Mother Mary, Isis, Demeter, Aphrodite, Athena, Lakshmi, Shakti, Brigid, Freya, Bastet, Pachamama, Mazu, Innana, Eos, Kali, Sekhmet, Ishtar, Hecate, Morgan, Tiamat, Frigg, Nemesis, Ma’at, Mami Wata, Minerva, and so many more!

Retreat leader Kat will help each woman decide on the perfect plant and deity to embody on this adventure.

Getting to the Retreat

The retreat price is all-inclusive outside of air travel. Participants will drive directly to Mount Hood, Oregon (address provided upon registration), or fly into the Portland, Oregon airport. Those flying into PDX can either coordinate Uber/Lyft/Cab rides (the retreat is about 70 minutes from the airport) or rent a car. Organizers can also connect other participants to carpool and save on transportation costs - just say the word and we will help in any way we can. Please plan on arriving into Government Camp, Oregon between 4 and 5 pm on September 20th.

Schedule

DAY 1 (September 20th) - All participants will arrive in Mt Hood, Oregon between 4 and 5 pm. Once we are all gathered, we will have a light dinner, get to know each other, share intentions, and before we retire that evening, we will have a Blue Water Lily ceremony and each dieta portal will be opened. - for both plants, and goddesses!

FOR ALL DAYS - These are the core elements of each day:

* Rise no later than 7 am

* Master Plant Diet teas will be waiting for you upon waking

* If required, we will nibble a little fruit before our morning ritual to connect with our plants and our goddesses

* Meet at 730 am for the morning ritual, which will match the daily Mystery School Initiation theme, as well as breathwork and/or movement. About 90 mins.

* After this, mornings are free time so we can connect with our plants, goddesses, the land, and each other. 

* We will have lots of breakfast supplies on hand to make our own breakfasts, as we please.

* Showers, bathing, nibbling and relaxing until 12 noon each day, when we have the second of three rituals, based on the day's theme.

* Afternoon rituals will end around 130-2 pm.

* Master Plant Teas will be filled again after the ritual, around 145 pm.

* We will have one large meal per day, around 330-4 pm. 

* After dinner and clean-up, we will meet again for the evening ritual at 630pm.

* Evening rituals are around 2 hours.

* Snacks and healthy nibbles available each evening.

* Master Plant Teas are refilled at 9 pm, before bedtime. 

DAY 2 (September 21st) - Day 2 theme is: Death

We gotta die before we live, after all. Afternoon ritual will be a Rapéh ceremony to clear away blockages and fears. Evening ritual with be an initiation about death and dying (although no one need take this literally ;) )

DAY 3 (September 22nd) - Day 3 theme is: Womb Healing and Sexual Empowerment

Healing our wounded feminine and creating space for more magic. Afternoon ritual will be a yoni steam with our plants. Evening ritual with be an initiation for our bodies and wombs, clearing out old sexual energy, and stepping into our divine feminine empowerment.

DAY 4 (September 23rd) - Day 4 theme is: The Dark Feminine

Acknowledging our darkness, our rage, and our shadows. Afternoon ritual will be work with the sacred fire, honoring our anger and sadness, and beautiful wounds. Evening ritual with be about celebrating our shadows, and owning the dark feminine within each of us.

DAY 5 (September 24th) -Day 5 theme is: Creation

Celebrating our creativity, channeling our deities, using our voices, and co-creating magic. Afternoon ritual will be all about play, inner child work, and creative expression. Evening ritual with be about voice awakening and activation. 

DAY 6 (September 25th) - Day 6 theme is: Rebirth and Reciprocity 

Becoming the new versions of ourselves. This morning will include a Cacao ceremony instead of leisure time, mixed with each of our Master Plants. Afternoon ritual will involve closing the dieta portals, and paying homage to our plants and goddesses. Evening ritual with be a commitment ceremony centered around the next chapter of our lives, and what we are doing to give back to the earth and spirit..

DAY 7 (September 26th) - After breakfast, we will have a final send-off ceremony, celebrating ourselves, our plants, and our deities, and back into the world we go!

Retreat Facilitator

The entire retreat is lead by shamanic facilitator Kat Courtney, who brings her uniquely feminine perspective on safety and spirit work, and who is also a pioneer in the psychedelic integration space. Kat has completed over 40 Master Plant Dietas with divine feminine powerhouses like Rose, Lavender, Blue Water Lily, Rosemary, Cacao, and Bobinsana. She is trained in the art of holding this sacred containers, and has been apart of numerous Mystery School initiations. Kat’s main goddess deity is Persephone, as she believes that if we can walk through hell with a smile, the entire world can feel like heaven.
