Retreat Summary

This is a spectacular retreat adventure where each participant will work with two spirits: 1) A Master Plant that is personally selected to match each individual’s intentions and 2) An animal totem that has the medicine each person needs for the next chapter of their journey. We will honor and connect with our plant and animal allies each day, and experience 3 rituals per day meant to take us deep into mystery school teachings, reawakening our higher selves and bringing us back into intimacy with life, death, and especially ourselves.

June 4th-10th, 2026 outside of Sacramento, California

Every single human has a tribe of spiritual allies, but so few of us are blessed to truly connect with our support team. This retreat celebrates our plant AND animal allies, and allows for an intimate connection with one of each spirit. Every participant will work with retreat leader Kat Courtney to determine the perfect Master Plant and Power Animal partner. During the retreat, we will experience a traditional Amazonian Master Plant Dieta, and we will extend this ritual into the animal kingdom as well. Each day, we will have three Mystery School rituals, embodying movement, remembrance, and vulnerability. Each one is crafted to help us remember who we are: Our divinity, empowerment, and eternal natures. This is a life-changing experience nestled in the most gorgeous retreat home in a private location outside of Sacramento, CA. The home is almost 10,000sqft with a spa, gigantic yard in nature, 14 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, and lots of space to connect, rest, and relax.

OPTION 1: $1,750 for a double occupancy room, per person OPTION 2: $2,050 for a completely private room

Each room shares a bathroom with one other room

The cost is all inclusive outside of transportation.

Food, lodging, plant materials, and all other aspects of the retreat are included in this price.

Transportation, Schedule and Registration

Getting to Colfax, CA

The retreat price is all-inclusive outside of travel to and from Colfax, CA. We will coordinate carpools with folks as requested. The retreat space is about 1 hour from the Sacramento airport, and about 1 hour and 15 minutes from the Reno airport.

Schedule

DAY 1 (June 4th) - Participants are welcome to begin gathering at the retreat house starting at 2 pm; we hope everyone is in place by 5 pm. First we’ll walk the land and ask permission to do this work on the sacred soil. Then we will have a light, nourishing dinner, and a talking circle to lay our intentions and get to know each other. Master Plant Dieta portals will be opened for each participant, for both plant and animal allies. 

The structure for each day will flow like this:

* Rise around 7 am

* Master Plant Diet teas will be waiting for you upon waking

* If required, we will nibble a little fruit before our morning ritual

* Meet at 730 am for the morning ritual, which will match the daily Mystery School Initiation theme, as well as breathwork and/or movement. About 60 mins.

* After this, mornings are free time so we can connect with our plants, animals, the land, and each other. 

* We will have lots of breakfast supplies on hand to make our own breakfasts, as we please.

* Showers, bathing, nibbling and relaxing until 12 noon each day, when the afternoon ritual takes place - about 90 mins.

* Master Plant Teas will be filled again after the ritual, at 145 pm.

* We will have one large meal per day, around 3pm.

* After dinner and clean-up, we will meet again for the evening ritual at 600pm. -Evening rituals are around 2 hours.

* Snacks and healthy nibbles available each evening.

* Master Plant Teas are refilled at 9 pm, before bedtime. 

* Noble silence begins at 10 pm each night, and ends at 7 am.

DAY 2 (June 5th) - Our theme of the day is AUTHENTICITY. We will embark on some beautiful self-discovery rituals, and tap into our soulful selves.

DAY 3 (June 6th) - Our theme of the day is VOICE ACTIVATION. We will awaken our voices and also prioritize deep listening. Our allies will assist us in speaking from the heart, and trusting our intuition.

DAY 4 (June 7th) - Our theme of the day is PLAYFULNESS. This is all about joy and goofiness and laughter. Giving ourselves permission to prioritize play as an equally sacred act!

DAY 5 (June 8th) - Our theme of the day is RELEASE. We will go deep into our emotional selves and work with stuck and powerful emotions, brining movement and release to create space for our growth and future manifestations.

DAY 6 (June 9th) - Our theme of the day is CONNECTION. Our last full day together is all about sisterhood, celebration, camaraderie, and support. Our rituals will bond us in sacred ways so we are ready to face the beautiful world with more love in our hearts.

DAY 7 (June 10th) - Breakfast, packing, hugs, and fond farewells! We must all leave the retreat home by 10 am, and will go back to juice up the world with our open hearts.
